There are many factors that contribute to an individual's well-being such as nutritional diet, environment, fitness level and spiritual balance. This initial consultation will take all of these elements into consideration and focus on developing a plan that will help you make beneficial decisions contributing to your health.
We require a minimum of 5 days of food intake (food diary) at the initial consultation. We also would like a client's resting heart rate (taken when one first wakes up).
We will review your food diary and discuss eating habits, also cover Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), to ensure proper intake for your needs. We will discuss certain foods and touch on macro nutrients, carbs, protein, fats(good), greens, fruits, nuts, legumes. This will result in an outlined nutrition program based on your goals and objectives.
This initial consultation will be approximately two (2) hours. Follow up consultations will last approximately 30 minutes and scheduled directly with the consultant.
